User App – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the LoadMee User App (“App”) provided by LoadMee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“LoadMee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. App Usage
1.1

The App is designed to facilitate the transportation of goods within Madhya Pradesh, in compliance with applicable government norms and regulations.

1.2

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App.

2. Location Access
2.1

The App may require access to your device’s location to provide accurate pickup and delivery services.

2.2

By using the App, you grant LoadMee permission to access and use your location data for:

  • Route optimization

  • Efficient pickup and delivery operations

3. Booking Trucks
3.1

The App allows users to book trucks for transporting goods within Madhya Pradesh.

3.2

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the goods to be transported.

3.3

LoadMee reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking that:

  • Violates government regulations

  • Is unsafe or inappropriate

4. Compliance with Government Norms
4.1

LoadMee operates in strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and government guidelines related to goods transportation.

4.2

Users must ensure that the goods being transported do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Privacy & Data
5.1

LoadMee collects and processes personal and location data as described in its Privacy Policy.

5.2

Collected data is used solely for:

  • Providing transportation services

  • Improving app functionality and user experience

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1

LoadMee shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

  • Use of the App

  • Transportation services booked through the App

6.2

LoadMee does not guarantee truck availability at all times and is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Service disruptions

7. Changes to Terms & App
7.1

LoadMee may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

7.2

LoadMee reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any App feature or service at its sole discretion.

8. Termination
8.1

LoadMee may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • For any other reason deemed necessary

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
